 A crisp apple, Golden Supreme has a mild sweet flavor. They are excellent for eating and salads.

A Jonathan and Golden Delicious cross, Jonagold has a unique blend of sweet and tart flavors. They are great for eating, baking, and applesauce.

The “Ohio” apple, Melrose is crisp with spicy tart flavors. They are a baking favorite but also a great tart snack.

Sweet and crisp, Mustu is good for eating, baking, and applesauce.

OZARK GOLD

A crisp variety with sweet flavor and hints of honey. Excellent for eating and baking, known as a dessert apple.

Tender variety with sweet and tart flavor. They are an all purpose variety good for eating, cooking, and applesauce.

A sweet apple with hints of tartness to them, Braeburn is good for cooking and holds their shape well.
