Currently we offer blueberries in the summer, apples and apple cider in the fall, and honey. We plan to offer more fruits in the coming years.
We currently use organic-approved products and are moving the entire orchard to a holistic growing type over the next few years.
Often, organic growing is done with a reactive focus, in the same way that conventional growing does (but using different products).
We feel a responsibility to our customers and family to grow our produce in the best way possible. For that reason, we are taking a more proactive approach to boost the trees' immune capabilities and use the pest life cycle against itself to reduce pests before they start. In this way, we are able to produce the best possible fruit for you, in the best possible way for the environment.
